-신청을 희망하는 사람은 지방 출입국 외국인 관서에 직접 방문하여 신청합니다.
- 신청을 희망하는 사람이 19미만의 미성년자일 경우 부모가 대신하여 신청할 수 있습니다.

B. Where to Apply and Review Institutions
1) Application Locations

2) Refugee Screening Institutions
- The Ministry of Justice's refugee screening hub institutions conduct the review process.
- Screening hub institutions include Seoul Immigration Office, Busan Immigration Office, etc.
C. How to Apply for Refugee Status
- The applicant must visit in person to apply.
- Applications must be submitted at the local immigration office.
- The applicant must apply in person; applications by proxy are not allowed.
- For minors, parents can apply on their behalf.
- If the applicant is under 19 years old, their parents or legal guardians may apply on their behalf.
